PUBLIC HEARING - Conduct a public hearing on community needs in order to develop the annual Fiscal Year 2012-13 Action Plan. Public hearings are required by 1) the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; and 2) the Texas Local Government Code Chapter 373 Community Development 2012-13 Program.
OLD BUSINESS - Discussion and possible action on a recommendation by the CDC to the Bond Advisory Task Force identifying potential projects and programs for future bond funding.
