CALL TO ORDER Approval of Minutes 1. Approve the minutes of the Mobility Committee meeting of April 8, 2015

Consider and develop recommendations relating to the additional funding for construction of a previously executed advance funding agreement between the City of Austin and the Texas Department of Transportation for the construction of highway improvements and bicycle and pedestrian bridge over Barton Creek at Mopac, in the amount of $1,000,000.

Consider and develop recommendations relating to a professional services agreement with URS CORPORATION (staff recommendation) or one of the other qualified responders to RFQ Solicitation No. CLMP166, to provide engineering services for the Barton Springs Road Bridge over Barton Creek in an amount not to exceed $300,000. Related to Item #6. 6. Consider and develop recommendations relating to a professional services agreement with WISS, JANNEY, ELSTNER ASSOCIATES, INC., (staff recommendation) or one of the other qualified responders to RFQ Solicitation No. CLMP167, to provide peer review engineering services for the Peer Review of Barton Springs Road Bridge over Barton Creek in an amount not to exceed $200,000. Consider and develop recommendations relating to a professional services agreement with URS CORPORATION (staff recommendation) or one of the other qualified responders to RFQ Solicitation No. CLMP168, to provide engineering services for the Redbud Trail Bridge over Lady Bird Lake in an amount not to exceed $875,000.
