Approve the minutes of the Public Utilities Committee meeting of November 18, 2015.
Citizen Communication: General The first five speakers signed up prior to the meeting being called to order will each be allowed three minutes to address their concerns regarding items not posted on the agenda.
Discussion Discussion regarding response and recovery efforts related to the October Onion Creek flooding event, including the current home buyout process and the federal disaster declaration.
