Recommendation regarding authorization of the negotiation and execution of all documents and instruments necessary or desirable to purchase in fee simple 25 properties at risk of flooding in the 25-year floodplain located within the Williamson Creek Watershed as per City Ordinance 20150604-021.
Discussion and recommendation related to joint use agreements for five playgrounds located on Austin Independent School District property that have been identified by the Parks and Recreation Department as being in a park deficient area.
