Recommend approval to authorize award and execution of a 24 month contract with ATMOS RESEARCH AND CONSULTING to provide consulting services for evaluation of climate change impacts on hydrology in an amount not to exceed $75,000 with one 12 month extension option in an amount not to exceed $41,000, for a total contract amount not to exceed $116,000.
