Public Comments Individuals wishing to speak during Public Comments must contact the CAMPO office via email at TPBcomments@campotexas.org or call 512-215-9351 by 1:00 p.m., Monday, May 4, 2020. A confirmation email or call will be sent with information on how to offer comments. Speakers must adhere to the three (3) minute time limit. This is an opportunity for the public to address the Transportation Policy Board concerning an issue of community interest that is not on the agenda. Comments on a specific agenda item must be made when the agenda item comes before the Board. The Chair may place a time limit on all comments. Any deliberation of an issue raised during Public Comments is limited to a statement of fact regarding the item; a statement concerning the policy regarding the item or a proposal to place the item on a future agenda.
