UM, THIS IS AN ERROR IN MY REPORT.

AND AS KATHLEEN SAID, IT'S APPROXIMATELY 34 TO 35 UNITS THAT THEY'RE PROPOSING.

THEY'RE PROPOSING DETACHED HOUSING OR DUPLEX, DUPLEX STYLE, NOT TOWNHOUSE CONDOMINIUM UNITS.

THIS IS THE MOST RESTRICTIVE RESIDENTIAL CATEGORY THAT WOULD ALLOW THAT MANY UNITS.

AND IT ALSO ALLOWS THE UNIT TO BE DEVELOPED IN A CLUSTERED MANNER, WHICH WITH THE DRAINAGE FEATURE CROSSING THE PROPERTY AND CLUSTERING, THE DEVELOPMENT WOULD BE A BETTER USE OF THE SITE AND THE CURRENT ZONING OF SF FOR A PERMIT PERMIT DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL LOT SINGLE FAMILY.

BUT THESE LOTS WOULD HAVE TO BE SUBDIVIDED AND THE CONFIGURATION WOULD BE VERY DIFFICULT ON, UH, THE SIZE AND SHAPE OF THIS LOT.

AGAIN, WITH THE DRAINAGE FACILITY, I'VE RECEIVED CORRESPONDENCE IN OPPOSITION AND THAT IS ATTACHED.
