SO WE ARE WORKING WITH HIM RIGHT NOW, AND THIS IS A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS FOR HOUSING, THE BONDS GENERALLY FALL INTO FOUR DIFFERENT BUCKETS, ESSENTIALLY PROGRAMS. ONE OF WHICH IS OFF ABOUT THOSE, UM, 250 MILLION, 100 MILLION FOR LAYING BACK POSITION, WHICH IS 15 MILLION.

WE HAVE 94 MILLION OBLIGATION LBS TO PROVIDE THAT FINANCING OR AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT.

WE ALSO HAVE OUR OWNERSHIP, OWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY, UH, AND AGAIN, WE PROVIDE FUNDING TO APPLE THAT HAS EIGHT AND THEN OUR, UM, REPAIR REPAIR PROGRAM.

THAT IS TWO PROGRAMS. IF YOU GO TO THE NEXT SLIDE, WE'LL SEE THE STATUS OF WHERE THOSE BOUNDS WITH THE 2014, 2013 BOND SET APPROPRIATELY.

UNFORTUNATELY REMAINING BALANCE THAT ESSENTIALLY AFTER ME, WE ARE 40% APPROPRIATED TO DATE AND TO DATE AT 27% TO THE NEXT SLIDE, WE'LL SEE A DEMONSTRATION OVER TIME AT THE END, YOU'LL SEE THAT OUR SPENDING PLAN, UM, IS OVER A FIVE FOR GRANTS THAT I DESCRIBED.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING AT NOW IS A SUBSET OF, OF, AND THOSE ARE ROOMMATES THAT ARE EITHER SUBSIDIZED WHERE WE PROVIDE A DIRECT SUBSIDY FOR GENERAL OBSERVATION OR INCENTIVIZED BY THE CITY OF AUSTIN.

AND WHEN I SAY THAT, TYPICALLY OUR

MENTALLY HOMELESS OR INCENTIVE PROGRAMS WHERE WE HELP PROVIDE DOLLARS OR LOANS, BUT WE INCREASE TITLEMENTS IN EXCHANGE FOR ONSITE.

SO EVERYTHING THAT HAS PLAYED WITH IT CURRENTLY THE BLUE DOTS SHOW THE PATIENT OF THE OBJECTS OR THE OPPORTUNITIES AND THE SIZE AND THE BLUE DOTS AWFULLY CORRESPONDS.

WE'RE GOING TO TALK ABOUT SOME OF THOSE PROJECTS.

I'LL GIVE YOU A VISUAL OF WHAT THOSE LOOK LIKE.

I WANT TO POINT OUT A COUPLE MORE THINGS THAT THIS, UM, UH, THIS TOOL THAT WE'LL BE TALKING ABOUT ACTUALLY SHOWS IN ADDITION TO ANY, IT ALSO SHOWS THE TREND I ALREADY, UM, WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY CITY COUNCIL.

UM, AND THEN IT ALSO, WE ARE SHARES THAT ADJUNCT PROJECT, UM, THAT ARE PART OF THE POINT THAT, SO WE'RE USING THIS TOOL WITHIN OUR DEPARTMENT TO LOOK AT HOW WE ARE LEVERAGING, UM, OUR VERY SPECIFICALLY LAND ACQUISITION.

WE'RE LOOKING AT LEVERAGING OUR MOBILITY FOR, UM, WE HAVE A GENERAL OBLIGATION.

AND THEY'RE UNDER CONSTRUCTION WITH MORE THAN 13,000 AFFORDABLE RENTAL RAPING MAKE.

AND THAT IS ONE OF THE, UM, UH, MAPPING TOOL.

IF YOU GO TO THE NEXT PAGE, THIS IS, UH, BASICALLY THESE ARE GREAT EXAMPLES OF GIOVANNI CHATS, SERVING APPS, UM, RANGING, UM, HOMELESSNESS ALL THE WAY UP TO TALK ABOUT EACH OF THESE PROJECTS, BECAUSE THE GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS AS ART.

UM, AND I'M GONNA START WITH, I'M NOT FAMILIAR WITH THIS PROPERTY.

UH, IN MORE MUELLER DEVELOPMENT IS A 240 UNITS, A WHOLE HUSBAND DEVELOPMENT THAT WAS DEVELOPED UNDER THE 4% PROGRAM.

UM, THE MASS MAJORITY OF THE UNITS OF A LOW MARKET ARE A HANDFUL OF MARKET RATE PROPERTY.

WE DO HAVE, WE INVESTED $2 MILLION OF OUR 2014 HOUSING BONDS IN THIS PROJECT.

AND WE LEVERAGED OUR $2 MILLION IN OUR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK, GRANT FUNDING FOR CDBG OR TOTAL CITY INVESTMENT OF $4 MILLION.

AND IN EXCHANGE FOR THAT INVESTMENT, WE HAD A NUMBER, UM, UH, NOT ONLY A LOW MARKET, BUT EQUALLY AFFORDABLE UNITS, SERVING HOUSEHOLDS AT, OR BELOW 30% AND 50% AUSTIN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION, WHICH IS A SUBSIDIARY OF, OF AUSTIN CURRENT DEVELOPMENT.

UM, AND, UH, IT IS ONE OF OUR PREMIER PARTNERSHIPS BECAUSE IN ADDITION TO PROVIDING SOME FINANCIAL BENEFITS TO APPLE CORPORATION, WE WERE ABLE TO SEE MUCH DEEPER AFFORDABLE,

UM, IN THIS AREA, CERTAINLY WITH DEVELOPMENT.

AND IT HELPS YOU ENHANCE YOUR, UM, AFFORDABILITY GOALS, AS YOU ALL KNOW, ROBERT MOORE DEVELOPMENT.

UM, THERE IS A GOAL.

OUR GOAL IS TO FIND OUT OF A 60% WEEKEND.

WHAT WE'RE ABLE TO DO WITH THIS TYPE OF OBJECT IS ENSURE THAT WE DO HAVE AFFORDABLE HOUSING.

ARE THEY, IN ADDITION, WE HAVE EXTREMELY LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS WITH ONE TO ONE HOUSING, FIRST AID SPRINGS, AND THIS IS, UH, AN AERIAL PHOTO, UM, AS IT WAS COMPLETION.

UM, I WILL SAY THAT IT IS FULLY OCCUPIED DECEMBER, SO WE NEED TO GET MORE RECENT.

THIS IS A 50 UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT.

UM, WE ARE, UH, UH, IN ADDRESSING, UM, HOMELESSNESS IN THE CITY.

YEAH.

SO THIS PROJECT, WHICH IS NOW CALLED TERRACE SCREENS, THE SPONSOR BY AUSTIN, WHICH IS MENTAL HEALTH IS AS I MENTIONED, IT'S ALL EFFICIENCY AND IT'S DESIGNED AS LOW BARRIER HOUSING.

SO ATC IC CARE OFFERS, INTENSIVE SUPPORT SERVICES, UM, ONSITE BACK AROUND SUPPORT SERVICES.

UM, AND IN ADDITION, OPERATE A FULL SERVICE HERE ONSITE, UM, WE THOUSAND SQUARE FEET.

AND THAT IS ALSO OPEN TO THE PUBLIC ON THIS PROJECT AS WELL.

UH, THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF AUSTIN HAS PROVIDED VOUCHERS FOR THE SITE.

I WAS AUSTIN WORKING NAILS AND HAIR TO CONTINUE.

HE RECEIVED SOME FROM, UM, UM, THE STREETS.

I HAVE NO MONEY.

THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO STABILIZE BACKGROUND SERVICES.

UM, YOU KNOW, LOW BARRIER ENVIRONMENT I WAS IN FOREST SPRINGS IS THAT THEY HAVE REALLY REDUCED THE BARRIERS TO ENTRY.

UM, SOME HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS AND LABOR HISTORY, FICTION HISTORY, THEY NEEDED, REQUIRED YOU TO BE SOBER.

AND WE PROVIDED IN OUR 2014 BONDS 3.9 MAX, AS WE GO ON, WE HAVE, WHICH IS DEVELOPED BY ONE OF OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY CORPORATIONS OF CHESTNUT NEIGHBORHOOD TITLE CORPORATION IS AT THE INTERSECTION ROUGHLY AT 12 EAST AUSTIN CHESTNUT IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD BASED ORGANIZATION.

THEY ORIGINALLY ENVISIONED FOR ONE PROJECT AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD NEEDED TO SEE OWNERSHIP OR BUYERS, UH, CHESTNUT ENVISION PROJECT 43, UM, CONDOMINIUMS. AND SO YOU HAVE 43, UH, AFFORDABLE UNITS.

UM, AND ACTUALLY WE PROVIDED A MIX, UH, LOCAL FUNDS FOR GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS AND FEDERAL FUNDS FOR A $5 MILLION INVESTMENT.

THEY OPEN THE REAR, WE HAVE AN OFFER, BUT THEY ARE, THIS IS ALSO NOT ABOUT

IT'S ALSO CONDOMINIUM, BUT IT IS BEAUTIFUL SPACE.

THEN WE OFTEN ONLY GET ABOUT BRAND NEW RJ.

UM, AND RIGHT NOW, AND WE ARE HOPING THAT WE WILL BE ATTENDING A GRAND OPENING, SOME REALLY EXCITING LIKE ARTWORK ARTISTS IN GENERAL, THAT OWNS AND OPERATES.

UM, AND THE THIRD WAS LAND, UM, LOCATED ADJACENT TO, UM, EITHER A MOBILITY OR TRANSPORTATION, UM, NETWORK.

UH, THOSE WERE OUR PRIORITIES.

AND AS A RESULT OVER THE LAST YEAR, WE HAVE BEEN WORKING, UH, TO IDENTIFY VARIOUS OPPORTUNITIES THAT WE THINK ARE, UM, I LIKE THIS MAP, AGAIN, IT GOES BACK TO THE ONLINE MAPPING TOOL, UM, AND HARPING ON THE PATH CITY ASSETS.

SO THESE ARE THINGS THAT ARE EITHER PARTLY OWNED BY THE CITY BECAUSE WE PURCHASED THEM UNDER CONTRACT AND WE'RE GETTING READY TO GO.

IT ALSO HAS A FINANCE CORPORATION FOR WHICH IS OUR CITY.

UM, YOU'LL NOTICE, UH, UP IN THE UPPER LEFT HAND CORNER, WE HAVE OUR FIRST ACQUISITION, WHICH WAS FROM OUR BOULEVARD THAT WAS FOUR TO FIVE HOURS, UM, UM, AND NEXT TO A MARKET RATE AS Y JOBS JOBS IN THE AREA.

UM, AND IT'S APPROXIMATELY, UM, SO THAT HAS BEEN PURCHASED.

OUR NEXT ACQUISITION WILL BE FIVE THAT WAS IN DC.

AND, UM, I, UM, UH, LOWEST SCORE, UM, A LINE IS A 12 LANE.

UM, AND THIS IS AN EXCITING QUESTION WITH ABOUT NINE ACRES.

UH, AND AGAIN, IF THAT STOPS, THEN IF WE GO UP NORTH AGAIN, WE'LL SEE TWO STARS OVERLAY, AND THAT'S A LAND ASSEMBLED OPERATION TO OURSELVES ON 1108 AND 1114 LANE PAINTER AND LAMAR.

UM, SO , UM, AGAIN, VACANT PROPERTY, TWO ADJACENT PARCELS THAT WE'VE ASSEMBLED.

THESE ARE WHAT THEY DID IN FOUR DIFFERENT NEIGHBORHOODS, ONE, TWO, FIVE, AND SIX, UH, AND WE DECIDED TO PURCHASE IT AND RECAP WHAT WE'LL BE DOING, THAT WE JUST PURCHASED THE LEASE AND WE WILL BE, UM, WE HAVING THEM.

AND THEN WE SEND OUT FOR PURCHASE FIRST TIME BUYERS, UM, OVER THE NEXT 12 TO 18 MONTHS, UH, WE KNOW ACQUISITIONS THAT ARE UNDERWAY, UH, DISTRICTS TO THREE EIGHT TO FOUR, VERY EXCITED ABOUT THE ADDITION WITH OUR LAND ACQUISITION FUNDING.

UM, WE HAVE TAPPED INTO, UM, A HOTEL, UM, AS PART OF THE CITY'S, UM, MOTEL CONVERSION STRATEGY.

UM, , UH, TO ABSOLUTELY, UH, CUPBOARD THREE OF OUR FOUR PROGRAMS, FOUR BUCKETS.

UM, AND SO THAT WAS WHEN HOME OWNERSHIP, HOUSING ACQUISITION.

AND NOW I WANT TO TALK JUST A LITTLE BIT ABOUT, UM, IN 2009, WE LAUNCHED A BRAND NEW MUSIC, GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OBLIGATION.

THIS WAS IN A COLLABORATION WITH SEVEN LOCAL MOMS, UM, THAT WANTED TO ACCESS CRITICAL LIFE SAFETY FOR LOW INCOME HOMEOWNERS, OUR LOW INCOME HOMEOWNERS PRIMARILY SEEN, UM, WE'VE HAD OTHER HOMES, UH, THIRD GENERATIONS, UM, AND FOR A VARIETY OF REASONS, WE WANT TO ENABLE THEM TO STAY FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE AND AS SAFE AS POSSIBLE

SO THAT THEY REPAIR PROGRAM.

UM, AGAIN WITH THOSE SEVEN, THIS IS AN EXAMPLE FOR MEALS ON WHEELS.

I AM REBUILDING TOGETHER, UH, ONLY UP TO FIVE.

AND WE SHARE THIS PROGRAM MORE THAN 200 POUNDS EACH YEAR.

CURRENTLY THIS YEAR, THIS HISPANIC LOCATED HERE FOR A VARIETY OF REASONS.

OBVIOUSLY WE'RE ALL HERE VIRTUALLY.

WE HAVE FOCUSED PRIMARILY ON EXTERIOR REPAIRS.

UM, AND SO WE CAN BE SURE THAT WHATEVER WORK WE DO ON THE INTERIOR, UM, TO DATE, WE HAVE COMPLETED 69 HOMEWORK PAIRS, THE WHOLE 60, UM, I GUESS NUMBER PAIRS AND EVEN OUR INCOME, 80% FAMILY, 62%, UH, UH, THE HOMEOWNERS ARE ACTUALLY, I DON'T KNOW, 30%.

UM, AND, UH, OUR PEOPLE OVER 45% ARE AFRICAN AMERICAN.

THERE ARE MANY FIELDS AVAILABLE, AS YOU CAN SEE THAT I'VE HIGHLIGHTED, THAT MIGHT BE PARTICULARLY RELEVANT.

UM, SO LIKE THE PROPOSITION, UM, HOW MUCH WAS IN THE BOND PROPOSITION AMOUNT FOR DIFFERENT PROJECTS WITHIN THAT, AND THEN SOME FINANCIAL INFORMATION.

SO HOW MUCH HAS OBLIGATED ON AND HOW MUCH IS LEFT IN THE BOND THROUGH THE BOND OBLIGATED AND BALANCE FIELDS.

AND THIS DATA SET IS UPDATED.
