ALL RIGHT.

WELL, WE'VE RECEIVED THE THUMBS UP, SO I'M GOING TO PROCEED.

[CALL TO ORDER]

I CALL THE BUILDING AND STANDARDS COMMISSION TO ORDER FOR SEPTEMBER 23RD OF 2020.

UM, THAT THE RECORD REFLECT THAT THE TIME IS 6:43 PM.

MY NAME IS ANDREA FREIBURGER.

I AM CHAIR OF THE BUILDING AND STANDARDS COMMISSION.

UH, AT THIS TIME I WILL CALL, ROLL CALL AND ASK FOR THE COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT TONIGHT TO PLEASE SIGNIFY THAT YOU ARE HERE.

SO VICE-CHAIR PABLO ABILA JESSICA MANGRUM.

I'M YOUR ITALIA SHEDDEN I'M HERE.

JOHN GREEN, YOUR TIMOTHY STOW STUD HERE, JAMES PRESENT EDGAR FERRERA BIRDIE.

I'M SORRY.

ELIZABETH MUELLER RESIDENT WORDY.

HE THOMPSON HERE AND IS, UH, OH, YOU'RE CHIEF THOMAS VOKI WITH US TOO.

OKAY.

I DIDN'T THINK THAT I SAW HIM.

UM, SO ACTUALLY IN ADDITION TO THE COMMISSIONERS, UH, WE ALSO HAVE INVESTIGATOR MARLENA, RIGHT? WE'LL BE INTRODUCING CASES.

WE HAVE ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY BRANDON CARR, AND WE HAVE CODE OFFICERS, FARRAH PRESLEY.

I BELIEVE FAIR.

ARE YOU WITH US, ANDREA? I'M SORRY TO INTERRUPT, BUT I JUST GOT ANOTHER TEXT THAT THEY'RE STILL ADDING THE SPEAKERS IN.

UH, THE SPEAKERS ARE NODDING.

YES, WE MIGHT NEED TO PAUSE.

SO I'M SORRY.

IF YOU CAN HEAR ME, PLEASE JUST SEND ME A TEXT VIA MISS ALLIE, THE COORDINATOR.

IF I NEED TO PAUSE UNTIL WE HAVE THE SPEAKERS ONLINE, OTHERWISE I WILL CONTINUE WITH THE INTRODUCTION.

OKAY.

ACTUALLY, WE'RE GOING TO PAUSE.

IT SOUNDS LIKE THE SPEAKERS ARE ABOUT TO BE ADMITTED, SO WE'LL HOLD THAT TO THEM.

WELCOME TO THE AUDIO CONFERENCING CENTER.

PLEASE ENTER A CONFERENCE.

SO AS I MENTIONED, WE'RE JUST HOLDING RECORD TILL WE CAN GET THE SPEAKERS, THE PROPERTY REPRESENTATIVES ALSO ON THE LINE.

IF YOU'RE THE MEETING ORGANIZER, PRESS, PLEASE.

WE CONTINUE WITH OUR, YOU TO THE MEETING WITH OUR OPENING STATEMENT.

YOU ARE NOW JOINING THEM.

THIS IS JAMES CAN DALLAS WITH AUSTIN CODE.

CAN THE COMMISSION HEAR ME? THIS IS JAMES CONDENSE AUSTIN, AND I STILL CANNOT HEAR ANYONE FROM CITY STAFF AT THIS MOMENT.

SO WE ARE PAUSING UNTIL WE CAN GET CONNECTED.

[00:06:54]

SO I THINK THE QUESTION I HAVE RIGHT NOW FOR OUR CITY HALL, AVI, IS, IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN OR SHOULD BE DOING AT THIS TIME TO HELP YOU OUT? SHOULD I CONTINUE TALKING OR WOULD YOU PREFER THAT WE JUST PAUSE EVERYTHING UNTIL WE KNOW THAT THE SPEAKERS FOR THE SPECIFIC CASES CAN GET ONLINE.

AND AGAIN, IF YOU'D LIKE TO SEND A MESSAGE VIA OUR COORDINATOR, MISS ALLIE, I CAN, I CAN GET THAT.

CAN WE GO AHEAD AND APPROVE THE MEETING MINUTES FROM THE LAST MEETING POSSIBLY? I MEAN, THAT'S CERTAINLY WHAT I'LL LET MR CAR SAY FOR SURE.

WHAT DO YOU THINK MR. CARR? I THINK THAT, UM, BRANDON CARR ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY, I THINK IT'D BE BETTER TO WAIT.

UM, JUST THINKING, BECAUSE IT IS A PART OF YOUR AGENDA AND IF WE'RE ABLE TO GET STARTED BY SEVEN.

AND SO I WAS LOOKING AT THE, UH, THE BYLAWS AND IT DOES SAY THAT IF, YOU KNOW, IT SAYS THAT A QUORUM HAS TO CONVENE BY, BY, UM, BY SEVEN O'CLOCK.

SO YOU HAVE A QUORUM TECHNICALLY.

UM, BUT IT WOULDN'T BE IDEAL IF WE COULD GET STARTED BEFORE SEVEN.

OKAY.

AND BY STARTING, DOES THAT MEAN TECHNICALLY WORKING THROUGH THE AGENDA? DOES THAT JUST MEAN BECAUSE I HAVE CALLED IT TO ORDER? YEAH.

JUST WE'RE HAVING A BIG, BIG, AWKWARD PAUSE, RIGHT? YES.

AND I DON'T MEAN TO INTERJECT, BUT I JUST RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE FROM STAIN THAT, UH, THEY ARE STILL HAVING SOME DIFFICULTY GETTING THE SPEAKERS CONNECTED.

THEY GOT THEM CONNECTED AND THEN THEY GOT DISCONNECTED.

AND SO THEY'RE LOOKING AT CONNECTING THEM ONE MORE TIME AND THEY MAY NEED TO CANCEL THE MEETING.

SO WE JUST NEED TO SEE HOW THE CONNECTIVITY GOES.

OKAY.

THANK YOU.

I APPRECIATE IT.

HI, THIS IS JOHN GREEN.

UM, I, I DEAL WITH EVERY GUY AND THESE VENDORS ARE CHANGING THE, UH, THE CODE, THE APPLICATION TWO OR THREE TIMES A DAY.

SOMETIMES THINGS LIKE THIS HAPPEN.

I'M JUST DEALING WITH IT IN REAL LIFE.

THANK YOU FOR THE PERSPECTIVE.

WELCOME

[00:10:01]

TO WEBEX.

WELCOME TO THE AUDIO CONFERENCING CENTER.

YOU'RE THE MEETING ORGANIZER.

PLEASE WAIT FOR THE LEADER TO ADMIT YOU TO THE MEETING.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE.

YOU'RE NOW JOINING THE MEETING.

SO I WAS LOOKING AT THE AGENDA AGAIN AND IT LOOKS LIKE APPROVAL.

VERBAL MINUTES IS NOT NECESSARILY A PART OF THE PUBLIC HEARINGS.

SO I BELIEVE YOU COULD MOVE FORWARD AT LEAST ON THE APPROVAL OF MINUTES.

THAT WOULD BE EXCELLENT.

UM, ANOTHER QUESTION FOR YOU, MR. CAR TEST TEST THE, UM, THIS IS THE DECK AND SAY, HOW CAN ANYONE HEAR ME? ALTHOUGH THAT PROBABLY IS PART OF THE PUBLIC HEARING.

ISN'T IT? THE DISCUSSION AND PLANNING REGARDING FUTURE BUILDING AND STANDARDS COMMISSION RETREAT.

E YES, BECAUSE THERE'S A POSSIBLE ACTION ON THAT ONE.

OKAY.

OKAY.

OKAY.

I THINK SINCE WE HAVE CALLED TO, WE HAVE INTRODUCED THE COMMISSIONERS, UM, WE WERE IN THE MIDST OF INTRODUCING STAFF, BUT I'LL WAIT UNTIL ALL OF STAFF CAN ACTUALLY JOIN US TO CONTINUE WITH THAT.

[APPROVAL OF MINUTES ]

SO, UM, YES, LET'S GO TO APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES.

ALL RIGHT, CHAIR.

AT THIS TIME, I WOULD LIKE TO MOVE ON TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE AUGUST 26 MEETING.

A COPY OF THE MINUTES IS IN THE GOOGLE DOCS FOLDER.

SHOULD YOU NEED TO REVIEW THEM? I'D LIKE TO MOVE TO APPROVE THE MINUTES.

THANK YOU, COMMISSIONER MILLER.

SECOND.

THE MOTION.

THANK YOU.

VICE CHAIR, AVILA.

ALL THOSE IN FAVOR OF APPROVING THE MINUTES FROM THE AUGUST.

LET ME SEE THE BUILDING AND STANDARDS COMMISSIONS, AUGUST 26, 2020 REGULAR MEETING, PLEASE SAY AYE.

HI.

ALRIGHT.

ANY OPPOSED? OKAY.

ANY ABSTAINING? OKAY.

YEAH, ABSTAIN ONE.

I CANNOT OPEN THAT DOCUMENT.

SO IT'S A GREEN COMMISSIONER.

GREEN YOU'RE ABSTAINING.

YES.

SORRY, I CAN'T OPEN THE DOCUMENT.

SORRY.

OKAY.

SO ONE, ONE ABSTAINED EVERYONE ELSE IN FAVOR.

OKAY.

THANK YOU.

AND, UM, UNFORTUNATELY I BELIEVE THAT'S, AS FAR AS WE CAN GO WITH THE AGENDA, WE WILL CONTINUE TO HOLD UNTIL WE GET POSITIVE WORD FROM CITY HALL.

MMM.

UH, JUST A REMINDER.

UM, UNLESS YOU'RE SPEAKING, PLEASE GO AHEAD AND MUTE YOUR MIC.

[00:15:35]

I SAW SOME, A PARENT TRIAL, THE INTERACTION THERE.

SO I HAD TO DO THAT OR BE AN ARM WRESTLE, BUT I LOSE NOPE.

I HAD IT ON MUTE FOR THAT PART.

OKAY.

THE WORD FROM OUR COORDINATOR, MISS ALLIE IS THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO CONNECT THE SPEAKERS.

THEY DID HAVE IT WORKING AND THEN THEY DID NOT.

AND, UM, THEY, THEY DON'T THINK THAT IT'S GOING TO HAPPEN IN THE NEXT, IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

SO AS A COMMISSION, UM, WHAT WOULD YOU ALL LIKE TO DO? I WANTED TO, UM, I WANTED TO REVISIT THE QUESTION ABOUT THE, UM, ABOUT DISCUSSING THE RETREAT.

I THINK YOU COULD DISCUSS IT, BUT JUST POTENTIALLY NOT TAKE ACTION IF THAT'S HELPFUL TO YOU ALL.

I THINK THAT, I THINK THAT WOULD BE HELPFUL.

UM, I THINK THAT WOULD, ESPECIALLY SINCE WE WERE HOPING TO HAVE SOME OPTIONS FOR OUR COORDINATOR TO CONSIDER FOR NEXT MONTH, UNFORTUNATELY, MISS ALLIE CANNOT JOIN US.

I DON'T THINK, I BELIEVE SHE CAN HEAR US, BUT SHE CAN'T, SHE CAN'T WEIGH IN.

SO, UM, AGAIN AS

[4. Discussion and planning regarding future Building and Standards Commission retreat]

WELL, I SUPPOSE AS CHAIR, I CAN GO AHEAD AND JUMP TO ITEM NUMBER FOUR, UNLESS COMMISSIONERS WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A MOTION OTHERWISE.

OKAY.

MY SUGGESTION IS WE GO AHEAD AND PICK A DATE FOR THE RETREAT.

IF THAT'S THE ONLY ACTION WE CAN TAKE AND MOVE ON, UH, MR. CARR, ARE WE EVEN ABLE TO PICK A DATE OR JUST DISCUSS IT? I THINK YOU COULD DISCUSS IT AND POTENTIALLY LAND ON ONE AND MAYBE JUST SAY THE ACTION, THE ACTUAL CHARMING IT UP UNTIL THE NEXT TIME IN CASE THERE BECAUSE OF THE PUBLIC OR BECAUSE YOUR RETREATS ARE POOR AND TECHNICALLY PEOPLE CAN SHOW UP THE PUBLIC.

SO, UM, IT WOULD BE GOOD TO AT LEAST HOLD OFF ON THE SIDE.

OKAY.

SO NO FACILITIES ARE OPEN.

UM, BUT THE, UH, OUTDOOR PLACE, UH, OUTDOOR PAVILION WAS ONE AREA THAT MELANIE WAS SUGGESTING.

SO, UH, A LITTLE BIT OF BACKGROUND ON THIS TOO.

UM, MS. MS. ALLIE AND I HAD DISCUSSED THIS A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO, AND OF COURSE WE HAVE THE OPTION OF DOING A RETREAT VIRTUALLY AND, YOU KNOW, THAT'S, THAT'S A DIRECTION THAT IF THE COMMISSION WOULD LIKE TO DO THAT, WE CAN DO THAT.

UM, ANOTHER OPTION WOULD BE TO NOT HAVE A RETREAT OR POSTPONEMENT UNTIL PERHAPS THE SPRING.

UM, AND THEN THE OPTION THAT MS. WRIGHT WAS BRINGING UP TOO, IS THAT IT MIGHT BE AN INTERESTING AND WORTHWHILE ENDEAVOR TO DO AN OUTDOOR PAVILION FOR THE RETREATS THAT WE COULD ACTUALLY SEE EACH OTHER IN PERSON.

AND FOR ANYONE WHO'S NEW TO THE COMMISSION, UM, THE RETREATS ARE GENERALLY, IT IS A MEETING AND IT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

UM, BUT IT'S GENERALLY A LITTLE MORE RELAXED.

IT'S KIND OF OUR OPPORTUNITY TO TALK WITH STAFF AND KIND OF GET, THIS IS HOW IT WORKS, YOU KNOW, WITH THE CODE DEPARTMENT, UM, USUALLY HAS LOTS OF GOOD INFORMATION, GOOD EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION.

SO THOSE ARE SOME THOUGHTS.

UM, I GUESS THE OTHER THOUGHT TOO, AND, UM, MS. RIGHT.

YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO CORRECT US, BUT I THINK WE WERE LOOKING AT PROBABLY THE EARLY PART OF NOVEMBER, BECAUSE TYPICALLY WE DO NOT HAVE A REGULAR MEETING IN THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER.

THAT IS CORRECT.

THE LAST TIME WE HAD, IT WAS NOVEMBER OF 2019.

AND, UM, WE WOULD, WE WOULD WANT TO ENCOURAGE TO FOLLOW THE SAME SUIT DUE TO NOT HAVING A MEETING IN NOVEMBER.

OKAY.

THANK YOU.

SO OTHER COMMISSIONERS FEEL FREE TO CHIME IN WITH YOUR THOUGHTS ON THIS, ON BOTH THE TIMING OF IT, WHETHER OR NOT WE SHOULD WAIT, UM, LOCATION VIRTUAL OR IN PERSON IN A SAFE LOCATION.

OH, WONDERFUL.

WE HAVE A CALENDAR.

YES.

SO THE CALENDAR PAGE IS POSTED.

EXCELLENT.

SO THE CITY WOULD BE CLOSED ON THE 26TH AND THE 27TH FOR THANKSGIVING.

AND I BELIEVE ON

[00:20:01]

NOVEMBER 10TH AS WELL FOR THAT TRENDS DAY, THAT'D BE FOR VETERANS WOULD BE THERE.

IT'S THE 11TH, THE 11TH, IT'S THE 11TH BECAUSE WE HAVE COUNCIL MEETINGS ON TUESDAY AND TUESDAY AND THURSDAY RIGHT AROUND IT JUST, WHICH IS GOING TO BE FUN.

OKAY.

ALSO THE THIRD, WE'RE ALL GOING TO BE BUSY VOTING ON THAT DAY.

THIS IS COMMISSIONER SHEDDEN.

I WOULD BE INCLINED TO JUST WAIT UNTIL THE SPRING, JUST BECAUSE I'M NOT SURE WHAT THE WATER WOULD BE LIKE IN NOVEMBER.

IT'S TOO COLD.

AND THEN HOW, I GUESS TECHNOLOGY PRESENTATIONS WOULD WORK TRYING TO HAVE A PROJECTION SCREEN OUTSIDE.

I'M NOT SURE IF THAT'S VIABLE AND IF WE'RE REALLY GONNA GIVE THE CITY ENOUGH TIME TO PREPARE FOR NOVEMBER, ESPECIALLY AN OUTDOOR PRESENTATION.

SO PERSONALLY I WOULD RATHER DO IT IN THE SPRING.

UM, I THINK VU MAY NOT BE AS EFFECTIVE AS DOING IT IN PERSON.

THAT'S JUST MY THOUGHT.

GOOD THOUGHTS.

YOU'RE ASSUMING THERE'LL BE A VACCINE BY SPRINT.

WELL, THE WEATHER WILL BE A LOT NICER OUTSIDE IN THE SPRING TIME TO PREPARE SOMETHING MORE MEANINGFUL, AS OPPOSED TO THEM JUST KIND OF RUSHING, YOU KNOW, FOR A MONTH AND A HALF.

NOW I'M ALL FOR A MEETING AT A HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL FIELD.

I WAS JUST GOING TO SUGGEST IF WE DO END UP HAVING IT VIRTUALLY.

UM, PERSONALLY I THINK WEBEX IS THE WORST OF THE PLATFORMS I'VE EXPERIENCED.

UM, I USE ZOOM AT UT IT WORKS SO MUCH BETTER THAN THIS.

I DON'T KNOW IF THERE'S, UM, THAT POSES ISSUES FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION, BUT, UM, ANYWAY, JUST MY 2 CENTS.

NOW IT SEEMS TO VARIED, UH, OFF OF WEBEX FOR THE PRESENTATION.

IT WOULD BE THROUGH MICROSOFT TEAMS. HMM.

FAVORITES.

YEAH.

THE ZOOM PLATFORM GOES DIRECTLY TO THE CHINESE COMMUNIST PARTY.

AND, UH, I DID NOT, I OFTEN FIND ANOTHER ASSISTANT THROUGH WHAT I CONNECT IF WE'RE GOING TO USE IT.

WELL, THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING.

IT ACTUALLY WORKS PRETTY WELL.

AGREED.

SO OTHER THAN COMMISSIONER MILLER, ARE THERE ANY OTHER COMMISSIONERS WHO HAVE NOT YET BEEN TO A RETREAT? OH, THAT'S, THAT'S GREAT.

ACTUALLY 10 OUT OF 11 HAVE BEEN TO ONE.

UM, IT IS PARTICULARLY USEFUL FOR, FOR NEWER COMMISSIONERS, BUT I FIND IT REALLY INTERESTING AND USEFUL EVEN, YOU KNOW, HAVING BEEN ON THE COMMISSION FOR QUITE SOME TIME.

SO, SO WE HAVE ONE SUGGESTION TO WAIT UNTIL THE SPRING OR AT LEAST TO BUY SOME MORE TIME, TO HAVE SOME MORE TIME FOR CITY STAFF TO PREPARE AND KIND OF SEE WHAT OTHER OPTIONS ARE, WAIT FOR BETTER WEATHER, NOTHING ELSE.

ANY OTHER THOUGHTS FROM COMMISSIONERS? IS THERE ANY OTHER FACILITIES THAT MAY BE A USE OR A, IF WE DID DECIDE TO HAVE IT NOVEMBER, MEANING IN, IN PERSON LIKE AN INDOOR FACILITY OR OUTDOOR FACILITY, UH, INDOOR, UM, YOU KNOW, THAT IS ANOTHER OPTION.

I, I HAVE TO SAY PERSONALLY, I'M NOT TERRIBLY CRAZY ABOUT MEETING IN PERSON IN DOORS.

IT WOULD HAVE TO BE A VERY LARGE FACILITY FOR ME TO FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THAT.

SO, BUT AGAIN, IF, IF A MAJORITY OF THE COMMISSIONERS WERE OKAY WITH THAT, THAT IS CERTAINLY AN OPTION.

UM, CHAIR, I JUST WANTED TO CHIME IN, THIS IS JESSICA MANGRUM.

UM, I WILL BE STEPPING DOWN AS THE DISTRICT 10, UM, COMMISSIONER BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR.

UM, SO THAT'S ONE THING YOU MIGHT WANT TO CONSIDER WHETHER, UM, THE COUNCIL MEMBER WILL HAVE TIME TO APPOINT A REPLACEMENT AND IT MIGHT BE A GOOD IDEA FOR THAT PERSON TO ATTEND THE RETREAT.

SO THAT WOULD KIND OF WEIGH IN FAVOR OF PERHAPS A SPRING.

[00:25:02]

UM, I KNOW, I MEAN, I PROBABLY WON'T BE THE ONE PARTICIPATING, BUT I CERTAINLY WOULDN'T FEEL COMFORTABLE MEETING IN PERSON IF WE WEREN'T GONNA DO IT THIS YEAR, BUT IT'S PROBABLY NOT GOING TO BE ME ANYWAY, BUT JUST FOR THE RECORD, THOSE ARE MY PLANS, BUT, AND THAT'S AN EXCELLENT REMINDER TOO, BUT IT WOULD BE GOOD TOO, TO CATCH THE NEXT NEW COMMISSIONER MONITOR.

YES, TIMOTHY.

YEAH.

I ALSO WANTED TO WILLIAM THAT I WOULD BE DISINCLINED TO MEET IN PERSON, EVEN IN AN OUTDOOR CONTEXT TO HAVE, UH, CONSTRAINTS ON MY ABILITY TO DO THAT ON.

I DIDN'T THINK IT WOULD ACTUALLY PREVENT MY ATTENDANCE, SO.

OKAY.

THAT'S GOOD.

THAT'S GOOD TO KNOW TOO.

YES.

THANK YOU FOR WEIGHING IN.

WELL, I THINK WE'RE LEANING TOWARDS THE SPRING.

CERTAINLY DELAYING THE, UH, THE RETREAT AND TILL THE SPRING, AT LEAST.

UM, I DON'T KNOW THAT WE NEED TO HAVE A MOTION AS MR HAS POINTED OUT.

WE PROBABLY DON'T NEED TO TAKE ANY ACTION RIGHT NOW, BUT I THINK THAT THIS DISCUSSION HAS CERTAINLY EXPOSED HOW, HOW MOST OF US ARE FEELING RIGHT NOW.

SO I KNOW WE'RE NOT VOTING, UH, OFFICIALLY, BUT I'M FOR THE SPRING ALSO.

OKAY.

UNLESS I HEAR ANYONE ELSE SAYING NO, NO, WE'VE GOT TO HAVE IT NOW.

THAT'S, THAT'S A GOOD DIRECTION.

ALL RIGHT.

UH, SINCE WE STILL DO NOT HAVE CONNECTIVITY, I THINK THAT WE ARE GOING TO GO AHEAD.

UM, ACTUALLY MR. CAR, CAN I ADJOURN THE MEETING OR DO I NEED TO HAVE A MOTION AT THIS POINT? IT'S NOT EXACTLY FOLLOWING THE AGENDA.

YOU CAN ADJOURN THE MEETING.

UM, WE TECHNICALLY ARE HAVING A MEETING.

IT'S JUST THAT PEOPLE AREN'T NECESSARILY ABLE TO TALK TO.

YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT ITEMS THAT ARE REALLY FOR PUBLIC DISCUSSION.

OKAY.

OKAY.

SO, UM, I GUESS TO MAKE IT OFFICIAL.

SO WE DID NOT HEAR ITEMS, NUMBER ONE, TWO OR THREE ON THE AGENDA DUE TO THE LACK OF CONNECTIVITY.

AND, UM, SO WE ARE GOING TO GO AHEAD AND ADJOURN.

LET THE RECORD REFLECT THAT THE TIME IS 7:10 PM.

THIS IS CERTAINLY A NEW RECORD FOR THE SHORTEST MEETING EVER.

AND WE'LL TRY AGAIN NEXT MONTH.

OUR APOLOGIES TO ANYONE WHO IS COUNTING ON THIS MEETING TONIGHT.

SO THANK YOU.

THANK YOU.

THANK YOU.

HI, GOOD TO SEE EVERYONE.

HOWEVER, LOOK AT OUR WEBSITE, WWW.WEBEX.COM.

IF THERE'S ANYONE ON THE LINE WHO DID NOT RECEIVE A NOTICE OF HEARING THAT WENT OUT CLOSER TO THE BEGINNING OF SEPTEMBER, PLEASE, YOU USED TO BE SAID HAYDEN HALF CRAZY.

YEAH, MAN.

IT HASN'T HAD MUCH TO SAVE ME ALL THAT YOU HAVE.

.
