THE FIRST IS ITEM NUMBER TWO IS A BRIEFING ON JULY, 2024, FINANCIAL RESERVES PRESENTED BY RAJIV THOMAS, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER.

UM, SO FOR JULY, UM, A A VERY TYPICAL MONTH FOR THE PEAK SEASON AND SUMMER.

UM, WHAT WE SAW WAS, YOU KNOW, AS THE, THE PAST PASSENGER TRENDS AND THE, IN THE PAST FEW MONTHS, THE UNEMPLOYMENTS HAVE BEEN KIND OF FLAT, UM, THROUGHOUT THIS YEAR VERSUS PRIOR YEAR.

BUT ONE OF THE BRIGHT SPOTS IS WE ARE SEEING REALLY GOOD INTERNATIONAL TOTAL PASSENGER GROWTH, UH, YEAR TO DATE, AS AT LEAST CALENDAR, YEAR TO DATE, UH, YOU KNOW, A LITTLE OVER 9%.

AND LAST MONTH, I MEAN, FOR JULY, IT WAS A LITTLE OVER 13% IN TOTAL INTERNATIONAL PASSENGER GROWTH.

SO THAT'S REALLY GOOD NEWS THERE.

UH, THE OTHER, UH, AREA THAT IS DOING VERY WELL IS CARGO.

UH, FOR THE PAST FOUR MONTHS, WE'VE HAD DOUBLE DIGIT GROWTH IN CARGO, AND ACTUALLY IN JULY WE HAD ALMOST A 30% GROWTH IN CARGO, UH, WHICH WAS REALLY, REALLY GOOD.

UH, SO IT'S BEEN CONTINUING SINCE APRIL, UH, 10 TO 16% IN THE PRIOR THREE MONTHS VERSUS 30% LAST MONTH.

UM, IN TERMS OF REVENUES, UM, FOR THE MONTH OF JULY WAS $29 MILLION IN REVENUE, WHICH WAS ABOUT 3.6 MILLION HIGHER THAN JULY OF 2023 OR 14.3% HIGHER THAN THE PRIOR YEAR, MONTH, UH, YEAR TO DATE, WE ARE 16% HIGHER THAN LAST YEAR, YEAR TO DATE.

UM, YOU KNOW, UH, PARKING, AGAIN, JULY IS A VERY GOOD MONTH FOR PARKING.

UM, YOU CAN SEE THAT WE WERE RECOVER ABOUT $7.7 MILLION IN THE MONTH FOR PARKING REVENUE, WHICH WAS ABOUT ALMOST 5% OVER PRIOR YEAR.

JULY.

UH, RENTAL CAR WAS ALSO GOOD AT ABOUT 3% HIGHER.

UM, RENTAL CAR TRANSACTIONS YEAR TO DATE HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD.

UM, GROWING AT ABOUT 7% IN TERMS OF TRANSACTIONS AND 9% IN TERMS OF TRANSACTION DAYS OVER THE PRIOR YEAR.

SO THAT AREA IS TRENDING VERY WELL.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE REVENUE, UM, AGAIN, ALMOST 10% OVER PRIOR YEAR IN JULY.

AND THAT HAS BEEN CONSISTENT WITH

EVERYTHING THAT WE HAVE SEEN YET TO DATE, WHICH IS ABOUT 9.6%.

SO, NON AIRLINE REVENUES HAVE GROWN ABOUT 5% IN JULY, UH, AND YEAR TO DATE, ABOUT 9%.

UM, AND ALSO YEAR TO DATE, TOTAL REVENUES ARE 266 MILLION, AND THAT IS A 16% INCREASE, OR ALMOST, ALMOST 37 MILLION HIGHER THAN PRIOR YEAR.

UH, FOR JULY.

ON THE OPERATING EXPENSES, UM, FOR THE MONTH OF JULY, WE CAME IN ABOUT 17% HIGHER THAN, UH, LAST YEAR.

JULY, UH, PRIMARILY DRIVEN BY HEAD COUNT.

UH, WE HAVE ABOUT A HUNDRED MORE FTES THAN WE HAD LAST JULY.

AND YEAR TO DATE, WE ARE ABOUT ABOUT 24% HIGHER THAN PRIOR YEAR, YEAR TO DATE ON THE NET INCOME OR NET REVENUE SIDE.

UM, LAST MONTH WAS, I MEAN, FOR JULY IT WAS VERY GOOD, UM, VERY SIMILAR TO WHAT WE SAW.

UM, IN TERMS OF JULY, 2023, ABOUT $10 MILLION IN TERMS OF NET REVENUES.

AND WE ARE SEEING 10 MILLION, 10.1 MILLION, UM, THIS JULY 20, 24 AND YEAR TO DATE, UM, YOU KNOW, BEFORE ACCOUNTING FOR FEDERAL, THE REIMBURSEMENTS THAT HAPPENED LAST YEAR WITH THE CARES ACT, ET CETERA.

UM, WE ARE AT 70, 73 0.5 MILLION VERSUS 69 MILLION LAST YEAR, OR ALMOST A 4 MILLION INCREASE OVER THE PRIOR YEAR VERSUS BUDGET.

UM, WE ARE TRENDING 11.5% HIGHER THAN WHAT WE BUDGETED, OR 27.3 MILLION HIGHER, UH, VERSUS OUR CURRENT YEAR ESTIMATE.

ON THE REVENUE SIDE, WE ARE ABOUT 4.3 MILLION HIGHER, OR ALMOST 2% HIGHER OPERATING EXPENSES.

UM, AS, UH, WE DISCUSSED IN IN PRIOR MEETINGS, IT IS RUNNING HIGHER THAN WE BUDGETED, UH, COMING IN ABOUT 6.7 MILLION YEAR TO DATE OVER WHAT WE BUDGETED OUR 5.7%.

AND WE HAVE A BUDGET AMENDMENT, AMENDMENT REGARDING THAT, THAT JUST GOT APPROVED BY CITY COUNCIL ON THAT.

UM, AND WITH OUR CURRENT YEAR ESTIMATE, ABOUT 300,000 HIGHER THAN WHAT WE ESTIMATED OR 0.2%.

SO WE ARE TRACKING WELL AND, UM, I THINK AUGUST, AND WE ONLY HAVE TWO MORE MONTHS TO GO AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER, AND WE WILL THINK WE, WE WILL COME IN BELOW THAT BUDGET AMENDMENT NUMBER.

SO YEAR TO DATE VERSUS BUDGET, WE ARE 22 AND A HALF MILLION HIGHER THAN WE BUDGETED IN TERMS OF NET REVENUES AND ALMOST 6.8 MILLION HIGHER, UH, THAN WE WE HAD IN THE CURRENT AREA ESTIMATE.

OUR CUSTOMERS BENEFIT FROM THAT BECAUSE OF THE FAIR DIFFERENTIAL THAT THE ULCC BRINGS IN.

AND DELTA STARTED, WELL, WE'LL START, EXCUSE ME, UH, HARLINGEN, OCTOBER 7TH AND SOUTHWEST IS IN THERE TOO.

SO AGAIN, THAT WAS A MONOPOLY THAT NOW WE HAVE TWO CARRIERS IN 10.

OVERALL IN SEPTEMBER, WE ARE DOWN 11 DESTINATIONS, PRIMARILY FROM AMERICAN, BASED ON THE RATIONALIZATION THERE.

UM, SO THEY'RE CATCHING UP WITH AUSTIN, IF I MAY.

SO IT REALLY, UM, REFLECTS THE 1999 AGREEMENT WHEN THE AIRPORT OPENED AND HAS HAD AMENDMENTS AND EXTENSIONS UP THROUGH 2025.

AND THAT, I MEAN, WE ARE THE AIRPORT ADVISORY COMMISSION.

WE HAVE NOT REALLY EVER BEEN BRIEFED ON IT.

AND IT MAY BE THAT BECAUSE IT'S, THERE'S REAL ESTATE AND OTHER THINGS INVOLVED, BUT I THINK THAT MOVING FORWARD WITH THE EXPANSION AND ALSO BASED ON THE SERVICE, THAT UM, WE GET A LOT OF, UM, UH, COMMUNICATIONS ABOUT, UM, THE KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE THAT PEOPLE ARE HAVING WITH THE AIRLINES, UM, THAT IT WOULD BE OF ANYTHING THAT WOULD BE OF INTEREST TO US.

SO WE WANTED TO BE ABLE TO HIGHLIGHT THAT IT IS OUR INTENT TO HAVE A WALKABLE SPACE FROM NOT ONLY WHERE THE NEW GARAGES ARE, WHERE THE EXISTING GARAGES ARE.

I STILL SAY NEW, THE BLUE GARAGE HAS BEEN THERE SINCE 2019, BUT, UM, WHERE THOSE GARAGES ARE, IT'S STILL NEW.

SHE WORKED ON THE PEARSON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TERMINAL ONE IN TORONTO, WHICH IS A $2.2 BILLION PROJECT.

AND THE, I'M GOING TO BUTCHER THIS, BUT THE MAHAR MAHAR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT IN MUMBAI, WHICH WAS A $1.5 BILLION PROJECT.

AND NOT ONLY THAT, BUT THOSE TWO HAVE WORKED TOGETHER ON ALL OF THOSE PROJECTS.

SO WE FELT VERY COMFORTABLE THAT THEY WILL UNDERSTAND WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN.

AND SO THE ABLE CORPORATION, UM, ENTERED INTO NEGOTIATIONS FOR A NEW HOTEL MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE CURRENT HOTEL OPERATOR, WHICH WE CALL PROSPERA.

SO THE CURRENT AGREEMENT, UM, EXPE EXPIRES, EXCUSE ME, AT THE END OF NEXT MONTH, OCTOBER, 2024.

SO THE NEGOTIATIONS ARE SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLETE FOR THE NEW HOTEL AGREEMENT BETWEEN PROSPERA AND THE ABLE CORPORATION.
